He took a lot of time with me - him explaining all of the different options for the various windows I was ordering, me working through those options in making decisions, and then me working through the order to check and make sure everything was correct. Due to my own schedule, the logistics were also tight for me regarding delivery of the windows to my house, and he helped make sure that went smoothly.
