Message: This is a outstanding place to work. They always treat there employees more then fair Thier pay is more then competitive. Privately owned family business. My husband and I have done work for Richland for the past 12 yrs and not one bad word to say about them from the owner Jack right thru upper management and right to the Packers all a great class of ppl. 5 stars everytime.

Message: Im very upset to see the comment saying this is a slave house. this is a family business. if you dont want to work here just quit.. or you should of made better life desion. they give everone a try this isnt you come and dont work and tou get paid.. im very happy of my job and it change my life style im in process of buying a house. because of richland glass. plz if you dont have nothing nice to say about are company. it is easy to quit. if you feel like your. Being treated unfair. then quit. no one in are richland family needs negative ot rumors started that are not true.. smh. work hard and youll see success at richland glass. ty.
