Message: I have no aptitude for any type of construction. None. I have to build a ramp for my disabled Father-in-Law. I go into Kaslander and explain my situation. Immediately they realized I was constructionally challenged. Juan took the time to draw diagrams for me. He used props to illustrate what I'll need to do. I went there with a knot in my stomach and left with a real sense of knowing what needs to be done. I will undoubtedly screw it up somehow but not because Kaslander didn't give me the greatest customer service imaginable. Thanks, Juan!
