Message: Until today, I had good experiences with this company. We constantly buy products from Fazzio but today I had to cancel a crushed concrete delivery already in process due to unforseen circumstances. I was going to ask for a later delivery. I understand that it is a frustrating situation, however to be told to look for another company because they weren't going to deliver it if we ended up needing it and get hung up on is unacceptable. We've been loyal customers for years and this was extremely unprofessional. There are definitely other ways to handle these situations.. UPDATE: I am pleasantly surprised as to how the manager handled the situation. I received a phone call from the manager apologizing about what happened. I didn't even expect to hear back from them at all. We will definitely continue doing business with Fazzio. Hiccups in business happen. We really appreciate the call back.

Message: Love this place.. one of the best Concrete and masonry supply houses in south jersey.. they always have what I am looking for from custom concrete tools, pavers, concrete colors, sealers, machine rental ect.. and their knowledge of the trades is unmatched. If I ever have a question regarding my work I ask Rich, and he always has the answer.

Message: I’ve used this company for both the foundation of Retaining wall and the patio. They delivered each time on time. Even helped me out of a pinch, I wasn’t ready to receive on the originally scheduled date of 9yd. Pour for patio and they where willing to come back the following day with no notice at no additional charge. Very professional and honest company, great service. Highly recommendable, would use again.

Message: I use fazzio concrete for business and personal service. I called upon fazzio concrete first thing in the morning to help me get big light pole bases to a job after our delivery truck broke. They didn’t hesitate to offer a driver and truck too get our material to the job. If that wasn’t enough, Rich Sr. had his mechanic go out and lend a hand to the broken delivery truck. This is just one of the occasions that fazzio concrete has gone above and beyond what I’ve asked of them. Simply the best around!
